* Outreach team was launched and began relationship building and strategic intervention for drug addicts on the streets of Bombay

* Mobile Medical-cum-Outreach Van joined the Outreach team

* Teen Challenge Center for boys and men was opened at Badlapur
* Began Worship Center in the heart of the red light district
1996
* Teen Challenge Center for girls was opened at Badlapur
* Jubilee Home – I opened at Badlapur for daughters of women used in prostitution
* Administration office started at Khar
1997
* Jubilee Home – II opened at Badlapur for daughters of women used in prostitution
1998
* Started rescue work of women in Mumbai’s red light district
* A 48 acre land parcel was purchased at Badlapur for ‘Ashagram’ (Village of Hope)
1999
* The Ashagram Project commenced at Badlapur
* Ambulance launched for round-the-clock free service in Kamatipura, Mumbai’s red light district
* Balwadi and coaching classes for the scholastically challenged children was started at Chandramani School in Mumbai’s red light district
* Rescued women’s residential program was established in Bombay
* Repatriation of rescued Nepalese girls began. Helped to set up residential homes for women in Nepal
2000
* Mobile Clinic was launched
2001
* Started a Night Care Shelter in the red light district of Mumbai for children of women used in prostitution
2002
* Ashagram Project Phase – I completed and started functioning
* Started the Mobile Feeding Van program
* Started Jubilee Home – III (Halfway Home) at Badlapur for older girls
* Educare Program commenced
2003
* A year of restructuring, stabilization and strategic planning
* Opened the first HIV/AIDS clinic at Kamatipura, Mumbai’s red light district
2004
* Constructed an additional four building complex with total capacity for 200 young men at Ashagram, Badlapur
2005
* Began construction of Jubilee – IV (AIDS Orphans Home) at Badlapur for infected and affected children
* Inaugurated the four new Boys’ Homes at Ashagram
2006
* Inauguration of the AIDS Orphans Home by Mr Harshvardhan Patil, Minister of Woman and Child Welfare
2007
* Opened a second HIV clinic at Kamatipura, Mumbai’s red light district
